John Lennon said it best. So many of us miss out on the here & now by focusing on the future or holding onto the past. We may even hope for our lives to change but then feel anxiety or disappointment when it does. Whatever it is about the past that we try and hold on- people, places, memories- it often disconnects us from the now. Our ideas of a glorious past or glorious future, keep us from engaging with our glorious present. So how can we let go of stories from another time and live in today? Share your thoughts below
