Lost & Found

Life is eventful and we lose plenty along the way. Whether it be an object or a part of ourselves, we can lose all sorts of meaningful elements along our life journey. Some things get tossed away intentionally, and sometimes we may regret the loss of this friend, lover, or a pair of jeans that we decided at one point no longer fit us well. We all know what it feels like to lose things by no choice of our own, and the substantial grief that can follow. So, when we find things we have lost, no matter how small, celebrate it. Whether we find pieces and crumbs, or its entirety, reunions of any kind are to be cherished. There is an undeniable power of finding things we have lost. Reconnection can be the greatest gift of all.
